Players Playing Out of State MUST Have Required Forms
Just a reminder, any player who plays out of state (for a team or guest playing) MUST have an approved US Youth Soccer Interstate Permission Form, signed by both State Offices before they can play.
You may obtain this form under the Forms on the right hand-side, complete it and fax or email it to Imari Ryan or Christina Lambert.
