Make Plans To Join Us For The 2012 Winter Governing Board Meeting

The STYSA 2012 Winter Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for February 24-26, 2012 at the Houston Marriott North located at 255 N Sam Houston Parkway East in Houston.

The Winter 2012 meeting, hosted by Timberline Youth Soccer, will kickoff with a Vendor Reception Friday night.  Saturday will feature the Soccer Expo Vendor Show, a Coaching Clinic and Coaching Demonstrations, Referee Workshops, as well as a revamped slate of informative workshops targeted at parents, team and club officials as well as Member Association delegates on topics ranging including Finance, Registration, Rules, and Risk Management followed by the District meetings on Saturday afternoon.  The general meeting of the STYSA Governing Board will be held Sunday morning.

The Soccer Expo, meetings, and workshops are a great way to learn about the goings on in South Texas Youth Soccer and we encourage all STYSA members from parents, players, and coaches to Club and Association board members and soccer fans in general to attend, get involved and help us make youth soccer in South Texas great!  A complete schedule of events will be posted in advance of the meeting.

The room rate is $99 per night.  The room reservation cut-off deadline is February 3rd, 2012

Reservations for the Houston Marriott North Hotel can be made on-line via ResLink or through Marriott Reservations at 888 734-4568.  Be sure to reference STYSA Governing Meeting to receive our reduced group rate.
