Payment is due from all Member Associations / Districts who were invoiced for teams advancing to Fall Championship District and/or State Tournaments.  Unless notification has been provided to the State Office or appropriate District Vice President that a team is not available to fill an allocated slot, payment of the invoice is due in full by this date.
