9.0. REGISTRATION
OCTOBER 1: STYSA fees for the required
Initial Fall Registration of the Member Association’s total (Divisions
I, Super II, II, III, and IV) final Fall registration and the
Reconciliation Report must be mailed to the STYSA State Office and
postmarked no later than October 1. “Postmark” shall mean the date of
the postmark placed by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery company
and not the date listed in a private, postal machine postmark.
FINE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: $ .10 per player per
week or any fraction thereof based on the Member Association’s total
registration for the previous seasonal year based on the percentage of
players registered on time versus those turned in late. (i.e. An
Association that properly registers 450 players on or before the
deadline would only be subject to a fine of 10% for the 50 kids turned
in after the deadline. The fine would be 10% of the previous seasonal
registrations.)

FINE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: $1.00 per coach /
assistant coach per week or any fraction thereof based on the Member
Association’s total registration of coaches and assistant coaches for
the previous seasonal year based on the percentage of coaches /
assistant coaches registered on time versus those turned in late.
(i.e., An Association that properly registers 30 coaches and assistant
coaches on or before the deadline would only be subject to a fine of
40% for the 20 coaches and assistant coaches turned in after the
deadline. The fine would be 40% of the previous seasonal years coaches
and assistant coaches registration.)
NOVEMBER 1: Final frozen rosters, Reconciliation
Reports and all requisite fees for all players must be mailed or
delivered to the STYSA State Office, postmarked or hand delivered no
later than November 1. “Postmark” shall mean the date of the postmark
placed by the U.S. Postal Service or other delivery company and not the
date listed in a private, postal machine postmark.

APRIL 15: Spring registration information,

FINE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: $100 first week or any
fraction thereof. $ .02 per player per week or any fraction thereof
thereafter.
9.1. FALL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Tuesday Before Championship Play: Entry
fees for all teams participating in Fall District and / or State
Tournaments due to STYSA State Office.
PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: Exclude
from Fall Championship Tournaments
9.2. US YOUTH SOCCER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS (USYSNC), STYSA
PRESIDENT’S CUP, STYSA SOUTH TEXAS CUP
IN ACCORDANCE WITH STYSA PERPETUAL CALENDAR:
Initial team roster, entry form and entry fee are due in the STYSA
State Office for teams entering the US Youth Soccer National
Championship competition in Under-11, Under-12, Under-13 and Under-14
age groups.
PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: Exclude from USYSNC
competition
IN ACCORDANCE WITH STYSA PERPETUAL CALENDAR: Initial
team roster, entry form and entry fee due in the STYSA State Office for
teams entering the STYSA President’s Cup in the Under-11, Under-12,
Under-13 and Under-14 age groups.
PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY: Exclude
from STYSA President’s Cup competition.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH STYSA PERPETUAL CALENDAR: Initial

9.4. ASSOCIATION TEAMS not fulfilling obligations at
USYSNC or Spring Qualifying Season Games:

9.5. HOSTING ASSOCIATION not fulfilling obligations to
host tournament:
PENALTY: Probation for hosting playoffs next year
and suspension for one year if it recurs. |
