The 2011 Winter Governing Board Meeting is scheduled for February 18-20, 2011 at The San Luis Resort and Conference Center located at 5222 Seawall Blvd. in Galveston.  

 

The Winter 2011 meeting will kickoff with a Vendor Reception Friday night. Saturday will feature the Soccer Expo Vendor Show and a wide array of informative workshops on topics ranging from Finance, Registration, Rules, Risk Management, Referee Workshops, a Coaching Clinic / Demonstrations followed by the District meetings on Saturday afternoon.  The Governing Board Meeting and Board Elections will be held Sunday morning. 

 

The Soccer Expo, meetings, and workshops are a great way to learn about South Texas Youth Soccer and we encourage all STYSA members, from parents to club and association board members, and soccer fans to attend, get involved and help us make youth soccer in South Texas great!  A complete schedule of events will be posted in advance of the meeting. 

 

The room rate is $115. The room reservation cut-off deadline is January 13, 2011.
