The South Texas soccer community has lost a great friend and official. Earl Pierce from Houston passed away on Monday
morning October 26th, while getting ready for work. Earl was one of those people that "never met a stranger" and would always greet you as a long lost friend.  He was a referee, assessor, instructor, assignor and great mentor to youth referees in South Texas and loved the sport of soccer. He will be missed.
