2020 Spring Cups Payment and Refund Information

Registration for Spring Cups (South Texas Cup, Directors Cup, NPC State Cup, and NCS State Cup) will open Saturday, February 1st. Registration for Spring Cups will close on Friday, March 6th.

Upon registration, each team will be required to enter credit card information to pay the full amount for the Cup they are entering. Credit card payments will be charged on a weekly basis. The payment deadline for Spring Cups is Friday, March 6th. From that day forward, the following refund/withdraw policy will be applied:

  • --March 13th: 75% refund (all Cups)--
  • --March 20th: 50% refund (all Cups)--
  • --March 27th: 25% refund (all Cups except STX CUP)--
  • --March 28th: no refund--

Amended Dates
This applies if the Spring Cup your team is participating in takes place.

  • April 3rd: 75% refund (all Cups)
  • April 10th: 50% refund (all Cups)
  • April 11th: no refund (all Cups)

If cup events do not take place, South Texas Youth Soccer will determine a new refund policy for team event fees.
