The South Texas Cup: State Finals on Apr. 26-27 Weekend have Officially relocated to Alamo sportsplex/culebra creek park in san antonio

South Texas Cup is the entry level of state competition in the South Texas Spring Cups Series. South Texas Cup is a restricted-entry competition for 11U to 19U teams that competed in a South Texas Youth Soccer Division II or Division III level league. South Texas reserves the right to place teams in a different competition, dependent on their seasonal league results.

Jan. 20 – Spring Cups Registration Opens: South Texas Cup

2025 SOUTH TEXAS CUP INFORMATION

Age Groups: 11U-18/19U Boys | 11U-18/19U Girls Teams
Level of Play: Division II and Division III (combined play)
Event Format: Two-stage tournament where accepted STX Youth Soccer teams will compete in a district playoff in late March/early April; typically the top 2 placed teams from each competing district age group(s) advance to State Finals.

FEES

11U – 14U Age Groups: $500 per team
15U – 18/19U Age Groups: $550 per team

Note: South Texas Cup fees cover both District Playoffs & State Finals weekends

SCHEDULE

Teams will be scheduled to play each day. Schedule requests will NOT be accepted.

TEAM CHECK-IN DOCUMENTS

HOTELS

Booking Deadline: April 18, 2025

NOTICE (4/16/2025): Successful Sporting Events, will be assisting teams that have used the hotel booking links for State Finals to re-book their accommodation. If you booked a room for Corpus Christi, TX through Successful Sporting Events DO NOT call the hotel to cancel. Successful Sporting Events will cancel your reservation for you and refund your deposit. A new hotel link with new options for San Antonio, TX is now available (link above).

SCHEDULE

Teams will play around-robin within their age group, typically two games Saturday and one game Sunday (pending field availability and inclement weather).
Schedule requests will NOT be accepted.

Award ceremonies to take place following the final match for each age group for both the Champion and Finalist teams.
