Meet STX's Newest Technical Director - Kincaid Schmidt Hunt

Please welcome Kincaid Schmidt Hunt as STX Youth Soccer's newest Technical Director. Kincaid holds a USSF A License, USSF Coach Educator License & National Youth License. Kincaid joins South Texas Youth Soccer Association with over a decade of club development and coaching experience. Prior to moving to Texas last year, Kincaid developed and implemented programs for boys and girls within MLS, USL and NWSL academy systems. She specializes in fostering the holistic long-term development of players through age-appropriate learning environments and athlete-centered coach and parent education.

South Texas Youth Soccer is sad to hear of the passing of Hall of Fame member, Greg Barnhill. Greg made significant contributions to the soccer community in South Texas apart of the Executive Committee and as the 2005 Hall of Fame inductee. He will be greatly missed.

Fall Championships State & District Champions!

Fall Championships is a two stage tournament for Division II and Division III South Texas Youth Soccer Fall Leagues. Team eligibility for Fall Championships is based on the allocations given to each Member Association and a team’s performance in Fall League play. This year State Finals Events were hosted at Alamo Sportsplex / Culebra Creek in San Antonio & Meyer Park in Spring, TX.
