ODP International Trips
International trips provide high-level training and play that benefits every player and coach. STX Youth Soccer offers ODP teams the chance to travel to international destinations and engage in a level of competition not found in the U.S. and learn how to compete against different styles of play. All tours include training sessions, match play against top academy teams, stadium tours and attendance at professional matches. Players also mingle with their opponents at pregame and postgame socials, try new foods, see new sights and bond with their teammates.
International trips are open to players that have been selected for the ODP Training Pool for that year’s cycle. ODP players are not required to travel internationally; participation is strictly optional and no player will be penalized if they do not take the tour. All international tour costs are the same for players and chaperones.
