Each year, STX Youth Soccer hosts a series of Fall Championships and Spring Cups that are designed to provide a wide variety of competitions to best fit the skill and ability level of each individual team and group of players.

The US Youth Soccer National Championship Series is the country's most prestigious national youth soccer tournament, providing approximately 185,000 players on over 10,000 teams from US Youth Soccer State Associations the opportunity to showcase their soccer skills against the best competition in the nation while emphasizing teamwork, discipline and fair play.
The South Texas State Cup, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, is the highest level of competition in the South Texas Spring Cup Series. It is an open entry competition for top Division I teams. Top Division I teams are typically defined as teams playing in the National League, Frontier Conference or SCL. The competition is open to 11U to 19U boys and girls teams that played in a South Texas Qualifying League.
Learn MOreThe US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is designed for those teams seeking additional challenges to play against teams of similar abilities for a national title. The Presidents Cup provides a progressive, competitive experience to teams that might not otherwise get the opportunity to participate in a series of unique experiences highlighting competition, camaraderie and community from the state to regional to national levels of US Youth Soccer.
Note: The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup is a separate series of events from the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series.
The South Texas Presidents Cup, part of the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, is an open-entry competition recommended for Division I teams not seeded into State Cup and high-level Super II teams. The competition is open to 11U to 19U boys and girls teams.

The Directors Cup is a restricted-entry competition for 11U through 19U teams that participated in DDL White (Eastern District) or WDDOA Challenger (Western District), or lower, or Member Association Leagues. South Texas reserves the right to place teams in a different competition, dependent on their seasonal league results.

To help provide another opportunity for teams to wrap up their Fall seasons, the State will now be hosting the 2020 South Texas Fall Invitational! See the tournament information below!
South Texas Youth Soccer is proud to present the 2020 South Texas Fall Invitational for all currently registered USYS/STX Youth Soccer Teams (Division I, Super II, Division II & Division III) participating in a Fall 2020 League. Any 11U through 20U Boys or Girls team are eligible to register. Teams will play 3-4 group games* (*depending on group sizes) to earn a spot in a playoff round to compete and be crowned champion! Teams will play on the designated one weekend per gender in this State Level competition.
